From 2024 to 2026, three core members of the SuiXing SuoZhi team from Hunan Labor and Human Resources Vocational College undertook two years of joint R&D at the YunJian Group’s production facilities. Unlike short-term visits or internships, these students directly participated in the company’s actual R&D projects. Under the guidance of engineers, they completed the entire workflow, including conformal structural design, conformal circuit layout, process design, and performance validation. During this period, they systematically learned the operation and process control of laser engraving and micro-additive manufacturing equipment, gradually mastering the core skills from design to production.

According to their supervising instructor, this deep industry-education integration model not only exposed students to real engineering problems early on but also helped the enterprise cultivate technically competent talent. The team has since established long-term technical exchanges and collaborative relationships with YunJian Group, YiWaTe, and other enterprises. (Reported by a correspondent)
